Since 1984. Sewn by Hand, Built to Last.
Stolora started at a family sewing bench in 1984, making cloth carriers and garment bags by hand. Four decades later we run our own factory floor — but the standard has never changed: every seam straight, every edge bound, every detail finished by hands that know their craft.

Long before “garment bag manufacturer” was a job title, it was simply what our family did.
1984 — One Bench, Many Bags
Our elders earned their living hand-stitching cloth bags and carriers for local tailors and merchants. No assembly line, no machines — just a workbench, a needle, and the patience to make each piece straight and strong.
That work taught us the rules we still sew by: edges that do not fray, handles that do not tear, seams that hold for years, not weeks.

From Workbench to Workshop
The sewing line runs unbroken from 1984 to today — here is how it grew.
Hand-Sewn Beginnings
A family workbench making cloth bags and garment carriers by hand.
Into Garments
The craft turns to tailored garment packaging — suit bags and covers for tailors and clothiers.
Our Own Workshop
Machines join the bench for cutting and production volume; hand finishing stays where it counts.
Own Factory
A dedicated suit bag and suit cover factory — sampled, sewn, inspected and shipped under one roof.

Why Our History Matters to Your Order
You are not buying from a catalogue — you are commissioning a factory whose craft started before the machines existed. That shows up in the details buyers notice and end-users keep.
Machine sewing gives us speed and consistency; hand finishing gives your bag the invisible strength and clean finish a tailored garment deserves. Both are standard here, not premium extras.
Sewn Roots Since 1984
A craft passed down in the family — quality is personal, not departmental.
Hand-Finished Details
Bound edges, straight stitching and stress points reinforced by experienced hands.
One Roof, Full Control
Cutting, sewing, hardware and inspection in our own facility — stable quality and lead times.
Fur-Free by Design
Fur-free production with audited, traceable supply practices.

Inspection Before It Ships
Every bag is turned inside out, zips run by hand, edges checked and measurements verified before packing — flat-packed to arrive crease-free.

Sewn the Stolora Way
“If it will be seen by your customer, it must be sewn to our standard.” That is the rule the family bench set in 1984 — and the rule every order still passes through.
“A well-made suit deserves a well-made home. We have been sewing that home since 1984.”
