Our Terms, Clearly Stated

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of stolora.com and all orders placed with Stolora. By submitting an inquiry or order, you accept these terms. Contact person: Ken – custom@stolora.com.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon written agreement and, where applicable, sample approval. MOQ: 500 pieces per design for production; sample sets from 1-50 pieces.

3. Samples & Sampling

Sample fees are quoted per project and are credited toward the production order when a confirmed order follows. Sampling time is approximately 7 days after artwork and specification confirmation.

4. Production & Lead Times

Production is 20-30 days after sample approval, depending on material and quantity. Lead times are estimates and may vary with material availability; we will notify you of any material delay.

5. Payment

Standard terms are T/T bank transfer; other methods by agreement. Production begins after deposit payment, and balance is due before shipment unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork and specifications shared with Stolora are used solely to produce your order and remain your property. Stolora branding, photography and site content may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Quality & Liability

Every batch is inspected against the approved sample before shipping. Claims for defects must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photos; verified defects are replaced or credited. Liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Stolora is established.
