Every Custom Suit Bag Starts With the Right Fabric
Eight workhorse materials, one rule: the fabric must fit the garment, the journey and the brand. Compare weights, feel and finish below — then we spec the rest around your order.
Spec Your MaterialRead the FAQThree Questions Before You Pick
Material choice is a conversation, not a catalogue — start with these.
What travels inside?
A wedding dress asks for cotton or velvet-lined protection; a seasonal blazer may only need lightweight dust cover.
Where does it go?
Retail shelf, dry-cleaning loop, hotel closet or air freight — moisture and abrasion risks decide the weave.
What must the bag say?
Print sharpness, colour depth and hand-feel all carry your logo and your price position.

Non-Woven Spunbond PP
The economical workhorse. Soft-touch spunbond PP keeps dust and light scuffs off garments and prints crisply for logos.

- Sharp, low-cost printing

Polyester / Oxford Weave
Structured, colour-rich and abrasion-resistant. Oxford weaves give a crisp retail finish that survives travel and handling.
- Typical weight: 200–600D weave
- Wide colour matching
- Good zip & hardware pairing
Best for: travel garment bags, retail lines, brand programmes.

PEVA — Semi-Transparent
See-through and water-resistant, PEVA lets the suit stay visible while blocking moisture and dust. A staple for display covers.
- Transparent or tinted finish
- Water & splash resistant
- Lightweight, easy fold
Best for: clear-window bags, PEVA covers, showroom display.

RPET Recycled Polyester
Made from recycled polyester, RPET carries the same practical weave with an environmental story your customers can verify.
- Recycled feedstock
- GRS-tracked supply options
- Full print & hardware range
Best for: sustainability-led brands, retail & corporate programmes.

Cotton Canvas
Natural, breathable and quietly premium. Cotton canvas takes embroidery and woven labels beautifully and softens with use.
- Breathable natural fibre
- Premium drape & hand-feel
- Embroidery-friendly
Best for: bespoke atelier bags, bridal, high-end retail.

TC Canvas — 10 oz / 12 oz
Polyester-cotton blend canvas: the structure of cotton with the colour fastness of polyester. Our signature for carrier suit bags with crisp single-colour prints.
- 10 oz & 12 oz weights
- Structured, holds print sharply
- Easy-care, colour-fast
Best for: carrier suit bags, custom logo lines, heavier programmes.

Felt
Soft and scratch-free, felt cushions delicate surfaces — used as an accent layer or full outer for a luxury, matte finish.
- Scratch-free surface
- Quiet, matte luxury feel
- Laser- & die-cut friendly
Best for: luxury linings, jewellery-safe storage, premium details.

Velvet & Inner Linings
What the customer touches last is often the lining. Velvet and soft liners protect delicate fabrics from snags and add a finished, gift-like feel.
- Velvet, brushed & woven liners
- Protects delicate garments
- Pairs with any outer shell
Best for: premium bags, bridal, high-touch brand experiences.
