Straight Answers to Common Questions
How is your pricing structured? I don’t see prices on the site.
We work on custom, project-based pricing. Send your quantity, material and finish and you will receive a clear quotation — prices are confirmed per specification, so no one pays for options they never asked for.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no fixed MOQ — stock styles can start from 50 pcs (logo add-on available), while fully custom orders are quoted per roll and priced case by case; a typical starting point is 500 pcs. Programmess to container-scale orders. We will always tell you the real number for your spec, not a standard figure. Have a different MOQ in mind? Tell us — we quote every programme case by case. Do you provide samples before production?
Yes — a physical sample of your exact bag, with your material, print and hardware, typically within 7–14 days after the sample fee. Sample shipping is paid by the buyer and the spec is then locked for production.
How long does bulk production take?
Typically 20–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration. Lead times are confirmed in writing on your quotation.
Can I order a small test run first?
Yes. Many brands start with a pilot batch to validate quality and sell-through before scaling. Ask for our pilot-run option in your enquiry.
What artwork files do you need for printing or labels?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) with your brand colours is ideal; we also work from high-resolution images. We produce a print proof before any production.
How do you control quality?
In-line checks during cutting and sewing, plus a final inspection — bags are turned inside out, zips run by hand and measurements verified before packing.
Do you use animal materials or test on animals?
No. Production is fur-free, and our practices are aligned with responsible sourcing — GRS recycled options are available for recycled-content programmes.
What shipping options do you offer?
We quote delivery according to your destination and volume — sea freight for bulk, air for samples and urgent orders. Incoterms are agreed in the quotation.
Can you keep my design exclusive?
Yes. Your artwork and specification remain yours; we manufacture for you, not from your design for others.
What is the best way to share my requirements?
Use the contact page or message us directly. Photos of your current bag, target quantities and a target price range let us answer in one round instead of five.
Why should we source from Stolora rather than a trading company?
We are the factory — cutting, sewing, hardware and inspection happen under our roof, which is why samples, lead times and quality stay consistent order after order.
