One spec across 12 stores — and reorders by calendar, not by breakage

The brief — A 12-store dry-cleaning group was buying covers shop by shop: different sizes, flimsy film that tore at the hook after weeks, and no way to tell which garment was inside without unzipping.

What we did — One spec for every store: 60×100 cm non-woven body with a clear window, reinforced hook opening and a write-on label panel. Garment lengths for their rack system were measured across all 12 shops before cutting.

The result — The group now reorders quarterly by calendar, not by breakage. New staff are trained once, on one bag. When a 13th shop opened, the spec sheet already existed.
